Jeya Wilson

Dr Jeya Wilson has extensive advisory, research and executive experience in international development and health. She holds a BA (First Class Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington, a doctorate in International Relations from the University of Oxford as a Commonwealth Scholar, and the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma. She was elected President of the Oxford Union and completed the Women's Executive Leadership programme at Harvard Business School.

She has served on twelve committee boards, including the South African President's Business Advisory Council and the ILO's Independent Oversight Advisory Committee, and has led organisations including the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in South Africa, UNDP's Business Partnerships Division, CBM International and the World Heart Federation. She established the world's first HIV/AIDS and Business Centre, raising USD 72 million in funding, and serves on GIWEH's Board of Governance.
