Loukas Garanis

Loukas Garanis holds a BSc in Economics and is completing an MSc in Innovation, Human Development and Sustainability. He co-created MajiMap, a mobile and internet platform in Kenya that helps pastoralists cope with drought by sharing real-time data on water and food needs for livestock, speeding up the coordination of support from NGOs, international organisations and government.

At GIWEH he works on projects in Kenya and Nepal.
