Dr. Muhammad Abdul Razzak
Civil Engineering, Colorado State University
Dr Muhammad Abdul Razzak holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, with a specialisation in Hydrology and Water Resources Management, from Colorado State University in the United States, and has more than 35 years of experience across academic, technical and managerial roles.
He joined ESCWA in 1995 as Chief of the Natural Resources Section, later served as Director of UNESCO's Regional Office for Science in the Arab States, and returned to ESCWA in 2007. He is a member of GIWEH's Board of Governance.
