GIWEH and Mariout Hills Group signed a public–private partnership to develop an Eco-City on Egypt's North Coast.
GIWEH established a strategic partnership with Mariout Hills Group to deliver an Eco-City project on the North Coast of Egypt, structured under a public–private partnership (PPP) model. The agreement set out a phased approach to planning and development.
The partnership brings together GIWEH's expertise in water, environment and sustainable development with Mariout Hills Group's investment and delivery capacity, advancing a model for green urban development in the region.
