Kareem Hassan
Chief of the Executive Office
Kareem Hassan heads GIWEH's Executive Office, overseeing the institute's day-to-day operations, staff, finances and delivery, and turning the Board's strategy into programmes and projects across the regions and the network.
An engineer by training, he connects GIWEH's diplomacy with delivery on the ground and has represented the institute in international water fora, including the Youth Steering Committee of the 9th World Water Forum. His focus is on building partnerships, mobilising resources and bringing the institute's work to scale.
