GIWEH at the 4TH Arab Water Forum

Cairo - 24-28 November 2018

GIWEH participated to the 4th Arab Water Forum as a representative of the citizen forum for the 8th World Water Forum.

GIWEH participated as a coordinator and panelist for two sessions.

SS2: "Arab Region on the way to the World Water Forum 8: Towards active contribution" dedicated to the World Water Forum 8 Day 1, 4-5.30 PM. Dr. Nidal Salim presented the World Water Forum 8 with more focus on the citizen Process in session (SS2).

SS7: “Arab Water under occupation….A main challenge to achieve SDG's” Dr. Salim was a panelist at session SS7: “Arab Water under occupation….A main challenge to achieve SDG's”.

The two sessions followed by questions and debates. The outcome of the meetings will be included in the regional report which will be submitted by the Arab League for the Regional process.
