GIWEH in the World Water Challenge 2021
Dr Nidal Salim served as co-chair of the referee committee at the World Water Challenge 2021 in Seoul.
GIWEH contributed to the World Water Challenge 2021, held on 12 March 2021 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Director-General Dr Nidal Salim served as a co-chair of the referee committee, helping to assess and select the most promising water solutions submitted from around the world.
The World Water Challenge, a signature programme of Korea International Water Week, invites teams to tackle defined water problems and to share scientific, technological and policy approaches with a global audience of experts and stakeholders.
GIWEH's role on the referee committee reflects the Institute's standing in the international water community and its commitment to surfacing and disseminating practical solutions.
