The vision
The KLIC Centre of Excellence is being developed in Azerbaijan to take proven technologies from Switzerland and Europe and adapt them to local conditions, then teach others to use them. It combines a demonstration site, a training academy and a transfer office, so that solutions are not just imported but owned.
KLIC anchors GIWEH's technology-transfer model in a permanent regional institution, multiplying the institute's reach far beyond any single project.
